DELIVERED STAYS · CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your booking. Your agreed terms.
The host identified in your quote supplies, delivers, sets up and collects your trailer. Review the complete booking schedule, host–guest rental agreement and insurance disclosure before signing or paying.
Know your host
RVsGO.com provides the marketplace, booking, payment and support services. The named host is responsible for the rental, delivery, setup and collection shown in that listing. Guests may not tow, drive, reposition or collect the trailer.
What you should receive before acceptance
- The host’s business/legal name, trailer, occupants, delivery location, dates and times.
- The complete itemized rental price, selected extras, applicable taxes, payment dates and any refundable deposit or card-authorization terms.
- The exact cancellation and refund schedule, including host cancellation and inability to supply a safe, insured trailer.
- The insurance disclosure and actual provider documents: insured parties, eligible use, limits, exclusions, deductibles, dates, claims contact and any direct-enrollment steps.
- The agreement version and any responsibility, indemnity or hold-harmless provision you are being asked to accept, with a copy you can retain.
The host’s direct phone number and email are shared privately after your reservation is confirmed and before delivery. Before booking, send questions through RVsGO.com. Insurer and licensed-provider contacts remain available so you can review coverage before committing.
Do not assume a booking payment is a refundable security deposit, a collected deposit is a temporary card hold, or a signature activates insurance.
Insurance and responsibility
Every outside host provides and maintains their own rental-permissive trailer and liability insurance. RVsGO.com does not insure the host's trailer or operation and does not add a customer insurance fee to an outside-host quote. Any eligible guest enrollment is completed directly with the licensed provider when the host's actual policy requires it.
Liability, trailer damage, belongings, personal accident and trip cancellation are different coverages. A statement that coverage is “enough” does not expand a policy or guarantee a claim. Any responsibility or hold-harmless provision must be part of your actual agreement. It cannot bind an insurer or someone who did not sign, or remove rights that applicable law does not permit a party to waive. Read the insurance and damage-authorization guide.
Existing reservations and later changes
Your saved quote, accepted agreement and approved amendments control your reservation. A later website edit or contract template does not change your dates, fees, deposit, payment schedule, cancellation terms or signed records. Keep your existing private reservation link. Earlier RVsGO.com booking terms remain available for reference.
Future changes to host fees or program terms need the applicable notice and acceptance. They do not reprice an existing booking.
Problems, damage and security authorizations
Contact your host promptly about rental or safety problems; call emergency services first when needed. Insurance claims go to the host's identified carrier under its reporting deadlines. The host must not wait for the security review before reporting a potentially covered loss.
For new bookings that expressly include the reviewed-request terms, the host records pickup and submits itemized evidence through the website. RVsGO.com reviews completeness and sends the formal customer notice. The customer can accept, dispute and upload multiple supporting files. RVsGO.com cannot approve capture without a recorded customer response; silence is never acceptance. The host cannot directly charge the customer or send an unreviewed payment demand.
The process is limited to the available authorization and the exact signed permission. Only RVsGO.com can approve one exact amount after reviewing the signed clause, before/after evidence, itemized cost, responsibility, customer response and duplicate recovery. One approved partial capture releases the unused balance. Rejection or a no-request closeout releases the full hold. A requested, approved and processor-confirmed amount are separate states. Existing reservations retain their original insurance fees, collected-deposit rules or release-only authorization terms. Read the detailed process and current limits.
Host application privacy
RVsGO.com uses your application name, business name, email, phone, location, trailer count, rental experience and notes to assess your application and contact you about hosting. These application details and internal review notes are private to authorized RVsGO.com reviewers. Applying does not create a public profile, approve a listing, accept a rental agreement or authorize a charge. A preview submission is stored separately as a test application. For access, corrections or withdrawal of an application, contact customerservice@rvsgo.com.
Your reservation information
RVsGO.com uses your name, contact details, home and delivery addresses, emergency contact, dates, agreement, delivery photos, condition report, and payment status to quote and manage your stay, coordinate delivery, and review deposit returns. Avoid including unrelated people, identification documents, or private belongings in condition photos. The birth-date field is used to check the 21+ requirement and is not saved separately in the reservation. After booking confirmation, you may upload a photo ID through your private reservation page for owner review. The ID photo can contain your birth date; cover its number, barcode and unrelated details. ID photos are encrypted, stored separately from condition photos, and viewable only by the RVsGO.com owner. They are automatically deleted within 31 days of scheduled collection; you can remove yours earlier from the reservation page or ask RVsGO.com for an in-person check. A review status and audit record remain with the booking. Please do not send ID photos through email or messages. Customer messages and RVsGO.com replies are kept with the reservation; website messages appear in your private reservation page, and email replies go to the RVsGO.com business inbox. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout; this website does not store your card number. Reservation details may be stored in RVsGO.com’s private Google Calendar to coordinate delivery. Keep your private reservation link secure. Contact customerservice@rvsgo.com with questions about your information.
Optional advertising measurement
If you choose “Allow measurement,” RVsGO.com uses Google Ads cookies and ad-click information to understand which advertising leads to a quote request or confirmed rental. Measurement can include a one-way reference for duplicate prevention, the type of action and booked rental value excluding the refundable security deposit. We do not include your name, email, phone number, addresses, message text, card details, or private reservation link in these advertising events. Enhanced conversions and advertising personalization are off. Google also receives technical information needed to receive these events, such as your IP address and browser information.
Optional measurement stays off until you allow it and stays off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 90 days. You can change it using “Privacy choices” at the bottom of our public pages. Declining does not affect your quote, booking, payments or saved reservation. Read how Google uses advertising information. Contact customerservice@rvsgo.com with privacy questions.
