Earlier RVsGO.com rental terms.

Reference copy for the earlier RVsGO.com booking flow. Your reservation’s saved agreement and price control; this page does not replace them. For host-marketplace stays, read the booking guide and the agreement supplied with your quote.

Read the terms before you reserve. Your final agreement includes your trailer, dates, approved delivery address, itemized price, payment schedule, and electronic signature.

Version 2026-09-25-delivery-v6-marketplace-service. Your reservation is accepted when RVsGO.com issues a confirmation after payment and availability checks.

1. RV and rental details

All vehicle information, rental dates, delivery address, rental rate, and booking details are shown in the listing, booking confirmation, and receipt.

2. Rental fees and refundable deposit

A $500 refundable security deposit is required to reserve the trailer. It is separate from your rental charges and is not applied as a credit toward the rental. Every rental includes a delivery fee of $5 per one-way driving mile from El Cajon, with a $75 minimum. Optional extras are charged at the per-night or per-booking price and quantity shown in your quote; custom extras require an agreed price and availability review before payment. The mandatory insurance fee is $85 per booking and the mandatory cleaning and setup fee is $90 per booking. A $50 pet cleaning fee applies when bringing pets. Your final quote shows the rental rate, verified delivery address and delivery fee, all mandatory fees, applicable tax, and any approved extras. Campsite reservations and campground fees are separate.

3. Payment schedule and deposit return

The $500 refundable security deposit is charged when you reserve. All rental charges, including delivery, insurance, cleaning, pet fees where applicable, and tax, are charged to your saved payment method 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. If you book within 48 hours of delivery, the refundable deposit and rental charges are both due at booking and are shown separately. RVsGO.com reviews the trailer after pickup and returns the security deposit within 14 days, less documented charges allowed by this agreement. RVsGO.com may retain an amount for damage, prohibited use, additional cleaning, or applicable service charges, with an itemized explanation. A deposit return is a refund of a collected payment, not a release of a temporary card authorization.

4. Insurance, responsibility, and damages

Applicable insurance coverage or rental protection is required for the rental period through RVsGO.com-approved arrangements. Renter is responsible for damage, loss, or theft during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear, and assumes responsibility for use and occupancy by all occupants and guests. Your applicable insurance or protection arrangement and its limitations must be confirmed before accepting a direct booking.

5. Age and use restrictions

The signing renter must be 21 years of age or older and must present matching identification at delivery. No smoking or vaping inside the RV. Pets are allowed with the applicable cleaning fee. The RV may not be used for illegal purposes. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy shown in the listing.

6. Delivery and setup

RVGo provides delivered travel trailer rentals only. Customer pickup, towing, moving, and driving of RVGo trailers are not permitted. RVGo delivers, positions, levels, sets up, and provides orientation at the approved location, then collects the trailer after the stay. RVGo trailers use the service area and pricing shown in the quote. A route outside the standard area requires RVGo approval of the exact trip, address, route and delivery price before booking or payment. Military-base delivery requires advance coordination; the renter must arrange their own authorized access and campsite eligibility. The renter must reserve the campsite separately and confirm outside delivery permission, sufficient trailer space, access, and the trailer-specific electrical, water and sewer requirements. Delivery and collection times are coordinated with RVGo and the campground.

7. Cleaning and collection

The RV must be in the same condition as delivered, excluding normal wear and tear. Cleaning charges may apply if the RV is left in unacceptable condition.

8. Cancellation policy

Cancellations more than 5 days before the rental start date receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 5 days of the rental start date are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Contact RVsGO.com to request a cancellation; a cancellation request alone does not cancel the reservation.

9. Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RVGo LLC from claims, actions, suits, damages, or losses relating to the renter’s use or occupancy of the RV during the rental period.

10. Additional legal protections

Renter acknowledges RV use involves inherent risks and voluntarily assumes those risks to the fullest extent permitted by law. The prevailing party in any dispute may be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs. This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the parties.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

12. Safety and child supervision

Renter is solely responsible for the safety and supervision of all occupants and guests, including children, and agrees to keep potentially hazardous items away from children. RVGo LLC is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, unsafe behavior, or failure to supervise occupants.

13. Delivery acceptance and condition photos

After delivery, RVsGO.com emails the renter a private acceptance link. The renter must confirm receipt of the unit and upload at least five distinct photos showing its condition at acceptance. Report any existing damage in writing and identify the photos that show it. This condition record is retained with the reservation. If the renter is absent at drop-off for any reason, the renter remains responsible for learning and understanding safe operation of the trailer before using it. Missing the walkthrough does not waive this responsibility.

14. Operating assistance and technician visits

Routine operating questions should be raised with RVsGO.com remotely. Technicians return to the rental location for emergency cases only. A customer-caused emergency or operational error requiring an approved technician visit is billed at $150 per hour, with a one-hour minimum ($150 minimum service fee). A return visit is not included merely because the renter missed orientation or does not know how to operate the trailer. Charges for customer-caused work may be deducted from the refundable deposit with an itemized explanation. For immediate threats to life or safety, contact emergency services.

15. Toilet and waste-system use

Only human waste and small amounts of RV-rated toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes of any kind, including wipes labeled flushable, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, other paper, trash, or foreign objects. The renter is responsible for damage, blockages, and service costs caused by prohibited flushing.

16. Deposit requests, evidence and review

RVsGO.com approval is required before any deposit deduction. The request must identify an itemized reasonable amount, explanation, applicable signed agreement clause and cost evidence. Damage requests require distinct delivery and pickup photos from this rental showing the affected area and an itemized estimate or invoice. Delivery evidence must be recorded before pickup; photos and timestamps support review but do not alone establish responsibility. No deduction may include ordinary wear, pre-existing defects, host-caused towing/setup/collection damage, betterment or duplicate insurance or third-party recovery. The renter receives the request and evidence access and has at least 48 hours after notice to respond unless accepting sooner. Silence is not acceptance and never triggers an automatic charge. RVsGO.com considers disputes and records a reasoned decision; the renter may provide further evidence, seek further review and exercise applicable legal and payment-dispute rights. Approved deductions through this process cannot exceed the available deposit. Return the undisputed balance within the period stated above and applicable law; a limited retention for a documented unresolved amount requires notice and review, not an indefinite hold. Approval and successful payment/refund processing are separate. These provisions apply to new agreements; earlier signed versions remain preserved.

Your reservation information

RVsGO.com uses your name, contact details, home and delivery addresses, emergency contact, dates, agreement, delivery photos, condition report, and payment status to quote and manage your stay, coordinate delivery, and review deposit returns. Avoid including unrelated people, identification documents, or private belongings in condition photos. The birth-date field is used to check the 21+ requirement and is not saved separately in the reservation. After booking confirmation, you may upload a photo ID through your private reservation page for owner review. The ID photo can contain your birth date; cover its number, barcode and unrelated details. ID photos are encrypted, stored separately from condition photos, and viewable only by the RVsGO.com owner. They are automatically deleted within 31 days of scheduled collection; you can remove yours earlier from the reservation page or ask RVsGO.com for an in-person check. A review status and audit record remain with the booking. Please do not send ID photos through email or messages. Customer messages and RVsGO.com replies are kept with the reservation; website messages appear in your private reservation page, and email replies go to the RVsGO.com business inbox. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout; this website does not store your card number. Reservation details may be stored in RVsGO.com’s private Google Calendar to coordinate delivery. Keep your private reservation link secure. Contact customerservice@rvsgo.com with questions about your information.
