You know how good a weekend at the campsite can feel. Share that with someone new, and give your trailer more adventures between your own trips.

Whether you have one travel trailer or a rental business, we’d love to hear from you. You bring the trailer and local know-how. RVsGO.com helps guests find their stay and keeps the booking details together.

RVsGO.com is accepting host applications now. We review each application, listing, insurance setup and agreement before that host’s listing can accept guest bookings.

Welcome guests your way.

Choose your delivery area, pet rules and extras. You deliver, set up and collect the trailer, so guests can arrive ready to settle in. Guests never tow it themselves.

What you receive. What RVsGO.com keeps.

You set your rental prices, cleaning charges, extras and delivery charges. Under the standard percentage plan, RVsGO.com’s commission comes out of those charges; it is not an extra RVsGO.com booking fee added to the guest’s bill.

The rental portion includes nightly rental, preparation / cleaning and extras. Rental shares above are before the minimum adjustment.

The rental minimum: RVsGO.com receives the greater of the applicable rental percentage (15% standard or 12% Super Host) or $10.00 per rental night. The minimum replaces a lower percentage amount; it is not added on top. The 5% delivery commission is separate.

A $750.00 booking example

Three nights at $150 ($450.00), $90.00 cleaning, $60.00 extras and $150.00 delivery. Taxes, refundable deposits and provider-direct insurance are outside this example.

Super Host receives

RVsGO.com keeps · Super Host
$79.50

A qualifying Super Host keeps $18.00 more on this booking. The discount is 3 percentage points on rental charges; delivery is unchanged.

At the standard rate, RVsGO.com’s share is $90.00 on the $600.00 rental portion, plus $7.50 on delivery. The rental commission is already above the $30.00 minimum for three nights.

What stays outside the commission: taxes, refundable deposits and insurance charges or premiums paid directly to the provider. Taxes and refundable deposits are separate obligations, not host earnings. RVsGO.com currently covers payment-processing costs from its commission, with no separate processing deduction from the host’s share.

Super Host months: qualifying enrolled hosts receive 88% of the rental portion before any minimum adjustment, while RVsGO.com keeps 12%. The same rental minimum and delivery split apply. See the Super Host requirements.

The host amount is before the host’s operating costs, refunds and other adjustments under the agreed terms. This is the standard marketplace plan offered to approved hosts. RVsGO.com begins collecting the agreed fee only on bookings made after the host completes activation requirements and accepts the fee agreement. Any separately agreed monthly plan must state its exact amount and terms. Existing reservations keep their recorded fee arrangement.

GETTING READY, ONE STEP AT A TIME

Let’s set you up for a good first stay.

A welcoming listing starts with clear details. Here’s what we’ll ask you to prepare before guests can book.

Show guests what makes your trailer special.

Add current photos and describe the space, sleeping capacity, amenities and little touches guests can look forward to. Set your delivery radius, prices, pet rules, trailer dimensions, slide clearance, hookups and campsite requirements. Keep your availability current.

You handle delivery, safe setup, orientation, support during the stay and collection. Your business name identifies you before booking; share your direct phone number and email privately with confirmed guests before delivery. RVsGO.com handles prebooking questions.

What insurance do hosts need?

Here’s the simple version:

  • Host insurance: Upload current proof that your policy covers paid RV rentals, delivery or towing, setup, the guest’s stay while the trailer is parked, and pickup.
  • Guest coverage: RVsGO.com does not add an insurance fee to new bookings. If coverage is required for the guest, the guest buys it directly from MBA or another licensed provider after that provider confirms the trip is eligible.
  • Extra liability coverage: RVsGO.com does not require every host to buy a separate commercial general liability policy. Your insurer, the law, a campground, an event, or the delivery location may still require one.
  • Claims: The insurance provider—not RVsGO.com—decides what is covered and handles any claim.

Guest coverage does not replace the host’s own insurance. Ask your agent to confirm the covered VIN, approved drivers and tow vehicle, limits, deductibles, exclusions, renter-age rules, and any guest enrollment steps in writing.

Know your fees and agreements before you begin.

Review the monthly or percentage fee offered to your business, prepare your guest rental and cancellation terms, and complete legal and insurer review. Your approved host agreement and guest terms must be in place before your listing accepts bookings. Review templates are clearly marked and cannot be signed or used for billing.

The proposed host agreement runs for 12 months, with an explicit renewal for the next year. Any new fee schedule must be disclosed and accepted for future bookings. Each guest signs a separate agreement for their specific rental, including its dates, charges and cancellation terms.

New versions do not change an existing reservation’s price, deposit, payment dates or signed terms. Annual renewal terms remain subject to approval of the final host agreement.
