HOST PROGRAM · MONTHLY RECOGNITION

Great hosting earns a lower commission.

Enrolled hosts pay 12% rental commission in qualifying Super Host months, compared with the standard 15%. Delivery commission stays at 5%, with a $10-per-rental-night minimum on the rental commission. Insurance charges, taxes and refundable deposits are excluded from those percentages.

This program applies to enrolled hosts after their listing is approved and their host fee agreement is active. Each booking keeps the fee recorded when it was booked.

How activity is counted

A first reply, acceptance, decline, special offer or preapproval counts as a response. Acceptance, special offers, preapprovals and instant bookings count toward acceptance. An expired request counts against the relevant rate.

A request withdrawn before the host responds is excluded. Automatic declines caused by overlapping accepted bookings are excluded from acceptance. An unaccepted inquiry is excluded from acceptance, but its response still counts. A request with an open response window is not counted as a failure; completed response or acceptance actions can count immediately. Each rate uses its own latest 15 eligible requests; with fewer than 15 it uses the available eligible history. No eligible history establishes no qualifying rate.

A guest cancellation within the initial 24-hour grace period does not qualify as a paid booking. A later guest cancellation can still count. A host-cancelled booking does not qualify, even if the cancellation penalty is excused. Missing reviews do not satisfy the completed-booking rating requirement.

When status changes

RVsGO.com assesses recorded site activity at the start of each calendar month in Pacific time. A qualifying review grants or restores Super Host status; a nonqualifying review removes it. The status remains through the month, with ordinary performance changes reflected in the next review. Listing, safety and insurance suspensions are handled separately.

Each booking keeps the fee recorded when it was booked. A later promotion or loss of status does not change that booking’s commission. Hosts see the current review and its metrics in the Fees tab of their dashboard.

To report incorrect activity or ask for a documented cancellation exception, contact customerservice@rvsgo.com with the reservation reference and supporting evidence. Hosts cannot edit their own scores or cancellation history. Program changes require notice and any necessary agreement.
