More questions
Do I tow or pick up the trailer?

No. Every RVsGO.com marketplace stay is delivery only. The host named on the listing delivers, sets up and collects that trailer.

Are listings available in every city yet?

Not yet. Search results show approved host listings serving the location you enter. New areas appear as approved hosts join.

Who is my rental agreement with?

Your quote and booking name the host supplying your stay. Review that host’s rental agreement and trip-specific insurance disclosure before signing. The insurer’s documents determine coverage; RVsGO.com does not guarantee a claim will be paid.

How does insurance work?

Your host arranges rental coverage. Any required eligible guest enrollment is completed directly with the provider. Review liability, trailer damage, exclusions, deductibles and dates separately; insurance is not automatically trip-cancellation protection.

Do I reserve the campsite?

Yes. You reserve and pay the campground or property directly, then confirm trailer fit, hookups, safe access and permission for outside delivery.

What is in my customer profile?

Your private customer workspace keeps your contact details, trip preferences, quote and reservation activity together. It is not a public profile, and customers do not upload photos to host profiles.

Do I need to tow or set up the trailer?

No. The host named on your listing delivers, levels and sets up the trailer, explains its use and collects it. Guests must not tow, drive or move it.

Do I book the campsite separately?

Yes, unless your accepted booking expressly includes it. Reserve and pay the campground directly. Confirm trailer fit, hookups, safe access and outside-delivery permission with the campground and host.

How old do I need to be?

The signing guest must be at least 21 and meet any higher age requirement in the listing and actual insurance program. Confirm eligibility before booking; a website age check alone does not establish coverage.

Can I bring my dog?

Each host chooses whether pets are allowed and sets any pet restrictions and fees. Review the listing and complete quote before bringing a pet.

How far do hosts deliver?

Each host sets a delivery area and prices. Routes outside that area need approval before booking or payment. The host must confirm site access and delivery permission. Guests never collect or tow the trailer.

What is included, and what costs extra?

Your quote identifies the host and itemizes rental, required delivery and preparation charges, selected extras, applicable taxes and any separate refundable deposit. Campsites are usually paid separately. For host-direct insurance, any required guest enrollment and premium are handled with the provider and disclosed before you commit.

When do I pay?

Review the amount due at booking, remaining balance, due dates and deposit or authorization terms in your exact quote and agreement. A rental installment, collected refundable deposit and temporary card authorization are different. Existing reservations retain their agreed schedule.

Who provides the insurance?

The host arranges suitable coverage with its insurer. If eligible guest enrollment is required, the guest applies and pays the provider directly. RVsGO.com does not sell or bind that coverage or decide insurance claims. Review insured parties, limits, deductibles, exclusions and dates in the actual documents.

Does buying insurance cover my whole trip?

Do not assume so. Liability, trailer damage, personal belongings, medical expenses and trip cancellation are different coverages. MBA’s published trailer addendum is liability only, and delivery-only eligibility must be confirmed with the provider. Read our insurance guide and the actual policy before buying.

Does a hold-harmless agreement replace insurance?

No. Any responsibility or hold-harmless provision belongs in the agreement you receive for your booking. A signature does not create coverage, guarantee payment of a claim or excuse responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.

What hookups will my campsite need?

Requirements vary by trailer. Check the listing’s electrical or amp requirement and tell the host what water and sewer service the site provides. Ask about dry-camping support before booking a site without hookups.
